SHORT BIO

Javier Silva Jr, aka Spanky Loco  is a businessman, entrepreneur, and all around artist. Spanky Loco paints, draws, tattoos, and does music professionally both nationally and internationally. He grew up in Los Angeles, CA the mural capital of the world, global powerhouse of contemporary art, and home of MOLAA the only museum in the U.S dedicated to Latino Art. As a young child, Spanky loved sketching/painting, listening to hip-hop, and skateboarding. The diverse culture was the foundation  and motivation he built his 20+ career on.
